At WJS Psychological Associates Inc., we provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to help children reach their fullest potential at home, in school, and in the community. Our team collaborates with families, educators, and other providers to address areas that need specialized support. By delivering services where children live and learn, we ensure our interventions are practical, meaningful, and make a real difference—setting us apart from traditional office-based care.

Behavior Consultant

Our Behavior Consultants are licensed or certified professionals who assess each child’s strengths and areas of need. They develop individualized treatment plans designed to reduce challenging behaviors and teach new skills. Behavior Consultants guide the child’s team—parents, caregivers, teachers, and staff—by providing strategies and ongoing support to help ensure consistency and progress across home, school, and community settings.

Behavioral Health Technician

Our Behavior Health Technicians work directly with children to implement the treatment plan developed by the Behavior Consultant. They provide one-on-one support in real-life settings, helping children build communication, social, and coping skills. BHTs play a key role in bringing the treatment plan to life, offering hands-on assistance and reinforcement to promote lasting growth and independence.

Mobile Therapy

Our Mobile Therapists provide individual therapy to children and families in their homes, schools, and communities. Using evidence-based approaches, Mobile Therapists address emotional, social, and behavioral challenges while helping families strengthen communication and problem-solving skills. This flexible, community-based service allows therapy to happen where it can be most effective—within the child’s natural environment.
