Leadership team
Dennis Zellers, M.Ed. BCBA, NADD-CC
Agency Director

Dennis Zellers has more than 12 years of experience working with people with autism, developmental disabilities, and mental health disorders. Dennis has dedicated his career to advancing quality care, developing innovative clinical programs, and supporting individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based practices.

Before joining WJS, Dennis founded a clinical program for adults in the Pittsburgh area designed to meet the needs of individuals with significant behavioral challenges. He is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), and a NADD Certified Clinician, specializing in the intersection of autism, intellectual disabilities, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Dennis’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that communication extends far beyond spoken words. He approaches each person as a whole individual — considering their history, life circumstances, and unique ways of expressing themselves — to truly understand their wants and needs. This holistic, person-centered perspective continues to guide his leadership, advocacy, and direct work in the field.
